Summary : Through in-depth product knowledge, provides primarily pre-sales and potentially some post-sales technical support to the company's sales staff and customers.

Essential Functions :

  • Provides support in a pre-sales through post-sales capacity, such as product capability assessment and validation.
  • Provides, presents, and interprets design, application, and service information in a variety of situations, including complex requirements and negotiations.
  • Develops product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer and explores the business feasibility of general marketing.
  • Provides technical assistance to customers (e.g., assisting a customer in designing and programming parts).
  • Designs interface examples of how the company’s products connect in various systems.
  • Actively works with customers on design activities.
  • Participates in design evaluation.
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Has internal and some external contacts.

  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Education and / or Experience :

  • A technology related bachelor’s degree or equivalent of training and 2 years of related experience.
  • An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience requirement.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Primary products the person support will be 32bit MCU + Wireless (
  • Project Management capability
  • Seek the way to sell what we have today
  • Seek the products which can be sold in the future in JP
  • Aggressive attitude to work
  • Good Japanese and English communications
  • Show strategy / direction to team in distributors and execute the mission
  • Follow up customer and headquarter smartly to accomplish the goals. Need experience how to manage
  • Deep knowledge of mix-signal architecture
  • Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and market
  • Friendly, and willing to establish personal relationship with key engineers in customer either by excellent technical support, personal communication, drinking or whatever
  • Great to have marketing and sales sense to find out new businesses
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Familiarity with quality procedures and documentation
  • Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent
