Job Description


We are looking for you as our new Territory Manager for Helsinki area and surroundings. As an engaged sales professional, you make use of the opportunities and advantages that Straumann Group as a leader in Dentistry offers our customers every day. You take ownership of driving and developing your territory. You will be reporting to our Finnish National Business Manager.

Your main tasks:

  • Create an unparalleled customer experience by acting as a strategic business partner to existing customers within the defined territory by focusing on customers’ growth goals
  • Develop existing customers, build brand loyalty and gain new customers using the entire Straumann Group portfolio
  • Establish and develop business relationships with customers in a partnership
  • Develop and moderate Study Clubs and other educational formats for existing and potential customers within your territory. You actively participate and ensure Straumann Group's professional presentation

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Dentistry or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare
  • Prior sales experience with dentists, dental labs, digital workflows solutions is an advantage as well as experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment)
  • Fluent in local Swedish and in English, you need to be able to read and understand research studies
  • You are result-oriented but also never forget to put our customers in the center of your activities
  • Driver License
