Our COO IT Application business group is looking for proactive, experienced candidate with technical understanding about the application landscape to join their new team as an

HR Technical Project manager

Purpose of the role : Work with the Nokia Business Lead, Head of GFS and specific Product Manager, to secure budgets and deliver the program and manage the program governance process to adhere to required process and quality standards.

Contributes to build up unit Strategy together with unit lead and ensures unit programs are aligned with the strategy and roadmaps in accurate quality in line with IT guidance.

Develops and maintains unit MoO including sustainable governance, and gathers continuous development input from all key groups and business stakeholders and channels them to the right stakeholder group (such as Annual plan, Tool improvements, governance improvements )

Manages the unit level program / project portfolio planning including strategic and annual plan initiatives and defines and maintains program / project portfolio structure and data accuracy.

Secures stakeholder communication and preparations for COO Interlock alignments. Secures PO approval process adherence within the unit.

Ensures optimal allocation and usage of program / project portfolio cost frame with consideration of the priorities, schedules, dependencies and available resources.

Investigates deviations and proposes corrective actions and follow up. Conducts Program / Projects operational and financial reviews when needed.

Analyses, understands and manages dependencies within portfolio and between the IT units.

Participates to investment proposal and business case reviews / approvals including expected business benefit and service cost impacts

Drives the unit level quality assurance of program / project delivery towards stakeholders by focusing on right content, quality, relations and alignments with the counterparts.

Creates structured information including newsletters to communicate efficiently about process changes, relevant information for management of the program / project portfolio

Identifies program portfolio risks and opportunities, mitigate risks together with stakeholders

Job requirement :

  • 5-7 years of scrum / project management and deployment experience with medium sized programs up to 5m Euro's
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
  • Proven knowledge of Human Capital Management solution Rollout
  • Functional knowledge of applications in HR,
  • Provide technology strategy planning
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
  • PM certification
  • Familiarity with HCM products,
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment - Understanding of financial terms and concepts to support IT Governance documentation / business case - Expertise in Application lifecycle management - Expertise in Application harmonization / streamlining of landscape
  • Expertise in Application project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • Languages : English required

  • Application / solution architecture understanding
  • Self-confident, strong problem solving

  • PM certification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, i.e. O365, Azure, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Understanding of financial terms and concepts to support IT Governance documentation / business case
  • Expertise in Application lifecycle management
  • Expertise in Application harmonization / streamlining of landscape
  • Expertise in Application project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • Languages : English required
